BHM – Bachelor in Hotel Management in School of Hospitality & Tourism Acharya Institute of Management and Sciences

Duration : 4 years (8 Semesters)

The Hotel Management department was established in the year 1994. Eventually the program began as three-year degree course, affiliated to Bangalore University. In 2000, it was redesigned to four- year program. From 2005, the BHM program is under semester scheme and has eight semesters.

The Hospitality Industry is going through a huge metamorphosis- with the health and holiday tourism booming in big way. Keeping in mind the changing trends and technology, we offer Value added programmes, mentoring system and a well established Industry academic interaction that are in place to fuel our rise academically.

The Department of Hotel Management of AIMS has put perspective in this area in place by introducing student & faculty exchange programmes, Twinning Programmes, bringing in additional courses, making scholarship available to pursue integrated courses and providing a channel for students to take up their Industrial training overseas. 


Eligibility
Students who have passed their Higher secondary / 10 + 2 / PUC or equivalent examinations in any discipline from recognized boards and universities.
