Campus Amenities Of East West Instutute Of Technology

Hostel Facilities
Separate hostels are available for boys and girls; while the hostel for boys is situated on the campus the girls hostel is situated at the city center close to the head office. The quality of food, its variety, nutritive values and hygiene and the discipline of the inmates are being carefully monitored by the Warden of the Hostel. There exists a facility for indoor and outdoor games. Doctors visit hostels regularly to monitor the health of inmates. 

Campus Canteen and Drinking Water
The campus canteen located in a strategic place serves delicious food at moderate rates. The kiosk adjacent to the canteen servs cooldrinks,ice-creams and fast food.Copious amount of good drinking water is available in the campus. Water softeners and purifiers are provided in the main building at easy to access locations.

Laboratories
Spacious, well ventilated and well lit classrooms are provided with comfortable desks and large chalk-boards. The class rooms are always kept spic and clean. Efforts are on to provide AV facilities in each class room.

Sports Activity
We know and subscribe to the adage that ‘All study and no play makes jack a dull boy’. In other words, an all-round personality development needs, besides curricular activities, a requisite dose of sports and cultural activities as well. We, at EWIT, encourage students to take part in intra and inter collegiate competition in sports and cultural activities. In its existence of such a short period, our students have already won several laurels in both the fields making us visible in the city among various Institutes of similar standing. Talented students are never disappointed at EWIT.

Standard play fields and grounds are well laid and maintained in the campus for playing games such as Cricket, Football and Volleyball. Facilities for a few indoor games are also available. Library Facility
On the tastefully arranged racks of the spacious library, with state of the art furniture, are required number of text books, reference books, reputed hournals-both national and international, and CD ROMS. There are over 13,000 text/reference books and over 4000 e-journals accessible to staff & students.  

Transportation
The Institute is well connected to various parts of the city by the public transportation system. Besides, EWIT also plies its modern buses and vans to various locations in the city to cater to the needs of faculty and students.

Facilities in Institute of Business Management & Technology

CAMPUS
The campus is being designed as a fully integrated facility. IBMT was the first campus to integrate WiFi. The system is equipped with broadband facility. The Institute is equipped with multiple state-of-the-art specialized labs.
COMPUTING LAB
All students are expected to use computers in their day-to-day study. All students have personal laptops yet they all have free access to the Computing Lab to do their work any time of the day. In addition to the computers, there is access to wide range of facilities including documentation, advice and training on supported software. These facilities are an integral part of the curriculum.
INTERNET LAB
All students are provided training on Internet and Web Management and assigned individual E-mail IDs. The high speed Internet connectivity provides an extended access to vast intellectual resources.
LANGUAGE LABORATORY
This is one of the most distinguished facilities at the institute. IBMT recognises that in the age of globalisation and interculturalism, learning foreign languages has become a strategic necessity. In order to ensure effective learning the Institute has set up a state-of-the-art language laboratory.
KNOWLEDGE RESOURCES CENTRE
The Knowledge Resource Centre reflects the teaching and learning commitments of the Institute. The Institute takes pride in building one of the finest libraries in Bangalore. While the important and current journals are available in print format the effort is to collect all reference materials in digital format. The Institute's computer network offers access to the Internet, networked CD-ROMs, multimedia workstations and other electronic databases.
The Knowledge Resource Centre supplements its own resources through access to the interlibrary loan network. Access can also be arranged to specialist libraries based in Bangalore. The Resource Centre staff is always available to provide information and advice. Individual and group study spaces allow for different methods of studying in pleasant and comfortable surroundings.
ACCOMODATION
The quality of student accommodation is an essential ingredient in academic success and enjoyment of student life. Befitting the standards of the participants in a professional education program, the Institute has evolved a system to provide lodging and boarding facilities through professional catering and active participation of residents.
All outstation students are provided guaranteed accommodation on the basis of their confirmed request.
All residents are provided furnished accommodation. Halls of residence are equipped with individual TVs, telephones, water coolers, solar heating systems, water filters, washing machines etc.
INDOOR GAMES & GYMNASIUM
In order to ensure a well-rounded personality development it is necessary to provide a balanced mental and physical activity. With this objective in view the Institute has set up separate gyms in both boys and girls hostels. Apart from necessary gymnasium equipment there is Table Tennis facility in boys’ hostels.
EXECUTIVE LOUNGE
Attached to the Executive Development Centre is My Tea House which doubles up as the Executive Lounge. The lounge is open to all the members of IBMT. It is meant to provide quiet and cozy environment for relaxation and informal exchange of ideas.

Library At IIMB

IIMB Library is located in an area rug, 55 000 square metres on four floors with more than 300 seats. It is used for users on all days, except for the three national holidays. FEATURING an extensive collection of literature numbers associated with the Administration and its allies actors to meet the needs of the users ' information. Most of the library computer system use the "LlBSYS" library is an integrated software package.

IIMB recommends the use of the library for professional use. Individuals and organisations can use the library on a regular basis for the payment of a deposit or the provision of security. The Library operates in a number of publications for comparison. Some of the services provided is a reference library, Reprographic, bibliography, to find the service of documents means the data port of the other libraries, etc. The networks provide indexing and bibliographic data and a reference to the leading library authorities.
The library has a total collection of documents 2.20 lakh (books, back volumes, journals, Government publications, technical reports, conference papers etc. Livre). The library has access to electronic resources, 72 and 254 e-books from Elsevier Science & amp; Cambridge University Press and joins 720 printed magazines, journals and newspapers 1200 e 27. Except for this full-text magazine, more than 35,000 titles available in the databases in the library. She also gets about 200 newsletters and annual reports, public and private organizations to 2200. The collection includes materials not Livre 4258 CD 700 CD got from books, video tapes, VCD 415 & amp; 235 tapes and audio DVD
