Acharya Institute of Management Sciences (AIMS) was led by JMJ Education Society founded in 1994 with a vision, horizons of the areas of teaching and learning, the student is always available and intrapersonal interpersonal. AIMS began his journey in the field of science in 1994 and offers a Bachelor of Hotel Management and BS in computer science with IT as a specialization, which are affiliated to Bangalore University. It was a modest beginning with 60 students of the institute. As proof of their scientific excellence and quality assurance, the number of students has increased significantly and the Institute received a Bachelor of Management (BBM) and a Masters in Computer Applications (MCA) in 1997. In 1998 the institute began with MBA programs. Note that all flows have a very positive response from different parts of India and neighboring countries. In 2000, the Institute for computer science bachelor's Application (BCA), which again received an excellent response.
As the institute is a center for the community of diversity, the Institute was forced to begin a Master of Tourism Administration (MTA), allowing them to explore new ideas and to produce professionals skilled in the tourism industry. To strengthen its commitment in the social sector, the Institute has taken another string to his academic degree at the crown Master of Social Work (MSW) in 2004. It is clear that the Department of Social Work personified by its philanthropic ideology AIMS Community Services. After recognizing the need for experts in the field of commerce and business, a Bachelor of Commerce (B.
