Business Schools in Bangalore are on top these days as they are providing the best placements for their students. Students who are fresher and who do not have experience in job, they can learn many more things form a best b school. If you want to be a successful manager in your future than you should be analytical. In these best b schools you will learn many things from them as all of them are highly experienced. The most important thing to note is that what you select out of the specialized courses, as we know that selection is based up on our own interest.

When students pass out his senior secondary examination, he/she has only one question in mind, but they come in the form of these four words, when, why, how, where. We have seen that generally selectors go for MBA students. For our students securing future, we analyze the management sectors very carefully and select them for our students. This is a common feeling of every student who wants to excel in his/her career. There are other options too, like human resource, travel & tourism and many more. These things are very important for an aspirant.
Have you ever think that why they go for MBA students only, because they have the better communication skill and leadership. But as I said all these are good for your career but you should think about your own interest. In this case summer internship really helps those students who do not have job experience. The basic learning is not only about reading books but you have to take some practical knowledge too.

Holistic Evaluation System In Institute of Finance and International Management

The overall performance of a student is indicated by two indices viz. Term Grade Point Average (TGPA) and Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA). The evaluation is done on a 10-point scale viz. ‘A+’ to ‘F’ where ‘A+’ denotes academic excellence, ‘D’ marginal performance and ‘F’, fail. The assessment tools are embedded in the academic structure itself and allows academic progress to be assessed on a continuous basis. The evaluation system is thus integrated and holistic. Typically, a course could include one or more of the following components :

  • Class Participation
  • Tests & Quizzes
  • Projects (Group & Individual)
  • Research
  • Assignments

  • Term Papers
  • Case Studies
  • Seminars
